We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO & Research Specialist to support and optimize our social media campaigns. This role focuses on keyword research, trend analysis, audience insights, and SEO strategies tailored specifically for social media platforms to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
The ideal candidate understands how SEO and data-driven research influence social media performance and can translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

SEO for Social Media Campaigns

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research for social media captions, hashtags, profiles, and video descriptions
  • Optimize social media content for discoverability, reach, and engagement
  • Track and improve organic visibility across social platforms
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied
  • Optimize social media profiles for search and branding consistency

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and audience research
  • Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to campaigns
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and SEO data
  • Research user behavior and content preferences to guide campaign strategy
  • Monitor algorithm updates and emerging social media trends
  • Prepare research reports and actionable insights for campaign optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO, social media optimization, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to conduct data-driven research and present insights clearly
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with social media campaigns or influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns and how SEO supports them

  • Design graphics for ads, posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials
  • Ensure consistency across all campaign visuals and platforms

Creative Strategy & Optimization

  • Translate campaign objectives into effective design solutions
  • Adapt designs based on performance data and audience feedback
  • Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific best practices
  • Optimize designs for different formats and devices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design or campaign design
